About the Role
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and regulatory compliance. • Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets and update residents and staff. • Work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM with a rotating on‑call rotation for emergencies.

What You Bring

Benefits
The position offers an hourly base pay of $20.00–$23.00, up to a 50 % rent discount, and shared renewal commissions. Additional benefits include a $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials allowance, $15 per day on‑call appreciation, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, and generous paid time off with ten holidays and sick leave. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a paid rotating on‑call rotation required for emergencies.
