About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Cajun’s marketing and business development initiatives, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and align with company standards. Working closely with multiple departments, the coordinator maintains brand consistency, creates proactive marketing campaigns and content, and drives the rollout of initiatives under the direction of the Marketing Manager. • Manage Cajun’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement monitoring. • Design and maintain brochures, flyers, templates, and other client‑facing materials. • Provide internal creative support and develop visual assets and marketing collateral. • Enforce branding standards and ensure consistent use of brand guidelines. • Lead preparation and submission of industry awards. • Maintain and edit the video and photo library, producing short‑form content as needed. • Oversee headshot collection, editing, and integration into Microsoft Office Suites per guidelines. • Prepare conference and event collateral such as invitations, swag, and giveaways. • Coordinate advertising needs, including ad placement schedules and creative development. • Update and maintain website content and imagery for scheduled refreshes. • Manage marketing merchandise ordering, design, and inventory tracking. • Maintain and update the company‑wide template database. • Assist with internal special projects and ad‑hoc marketing initiatives. • Support execution of targeted external email campaigns. • Help prepare and distribute quarterly marketing newsletters. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

What You Bring
The role requires occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, frequent walking, sitting, and reaching, as well as strong organizational, creative, and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Performance is measured by the accuracy, creativity, and timeliness of social media, brochures, flyers, and templates, consistency in applying branding standards, responsiveness to business development and internal stakeholders, and successful delivery of marketing collateral for events and advertising. Occasional travel may be required for training or team meetings. • Demonstrate strong organizational and creative skills with attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. • Communicate ideas clearly, both in writing and visually.
