About the Role

In the first year you will focus on the fundamentals of consulting to find your rhythm in the industry. By the second year you can shape your development, either deepening technical expertise or learning from senior mentors. • Join design teams, support bids and tenders, and engage in occasional site work. • Submit a CV, cover letter, and academic transcript with your application. • Participate in screening, video interview, team interview, psychometric assessment, and offer discussion. • Anticipate full‑time start dates in February 2026, with some earlier openings in mid‑2025; casual roles may be available during final study year. • Contribute to GHD in the Community projects and the GHD Foundation’s STEAM education initiatives. • Join employee groups and networks that support diversity, equity and inclusion.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with geology or hydrogeology experience, or an applied environmental science background that includes geography, geology or chemistry. Graduates will join design teams, contribute to bids and tenders, and may take part in occasional site work. • Hold a geology, hydrogeology, or applied environmental science background (geography, geology, or chemistry). • Complete a first year focused on consulting fundamentals.
