About the Role
We are seeking a Roadway Project Manager to lead transportation projects, overseeing contract fulfillment and financial performance while ensuring scope, fees, and schedules align with client agreements. The role involves coordinating design tasks, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing constructability reviews and peer reviews. • Lead multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver transportation projects on time and within budget. • Establish and monitor project scope, fees, and contract modifications. • Use project management tools to track tasks, timelines, and milestones. • Assign and review design work, including calculations, plans, and submittals. • Communicate concepts to team members, clients, subconsultants, and government agencies. • Coordinate across disciplines to streamline design and minimize revisions. • Address client needs, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues when necessary. • Conduct constructability reviews and independent peer reviews of submittals. • Serve as Engineer of Record for assigned projects when required. • Build and maintain client relationships, identify business opportunities, and ensure client accountability. • Participate in project meetings with clients, sub‑consultants, and contractors. • Negotiate and execute contracts in collaboration with finance and legal teams. • Work with project accountants to set up projects, review expenses, generate invoices, and assist collections. • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including percent complete, billing, receivables, and profitability. • Utilize CRM to track business opportunities and pursuit status. • Manage proposal development for lead pursuits, including preliminary and final reviews. • Support marketing efforts with resume updates, project write‑ups, and proposal assistance. • Mentor and coach team members, provide training, and identify skill gaps. • Contribute to recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce forecasting. • Ensure timely completion of timesheets and expense reports for self and team.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
