About the Role

The Scheduler role involves advanced planning and scheduling, progress measurement and change management for large residential projects. The incumbent will provide expertise in risk analysis, risk management and support project objectives while promoting best‑practice scheduling across the region. This position works closely with project teams to ensure schedule accuracy and integration. • Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, aligning company and contractor responsibilities. • Coordinate development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) with project leads. • Maintain integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program suite. • Provide quality‑assured interface for tracking and reporting schedule performance to functional groups. • Prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress reports tailored to stakeholder needs. • Perform critical path analysis to identify schedule drivers. • Conduct comprehensive schedule, critical path and risk analyses for the entire project. • Analyse baseline deviations, highlight bottlenecks or delays, and propose corrective actions. • Contribute integrated planning and scheduling updates to monthly project reports and presentations. • Assess overall schedule impact of variances or change orders. • Incorporate schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors into planning systems. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure schedule accuracy and completeness. • Lead and organise multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule, delivering status reports as required.

What You Bring

• Hold a B.E/B.Tech (Civil) degree, preferably with project management or construction management certification. • Bring at least 8 years of relevant experience with a demonstrated career growth trajectory. • Demonstrate strong knowledge and practical experience in project management. • Show willingness to support onsite teams beyond core scheduling functions. • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering good working relationships. • Expertise in scheduling tools such as MS Project and Primavera, as well as Excel and PowerPoint. • Preferably possess scheduling experience in commercial real‑estate projects.
