About the Role

The driver safely operates a heavy‑duty truck on assigned routes, complying with OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities include conducting pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, completing Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports, dumping containers, keeping customer sites clean, and positioning containers correctly. Drivers also report unsafe situations, incidents, and customer issues to the route manager or dispatch and complete required documentation at the end of each route. • Operate a heavy‑duty truck safely following OSHA, DOT, and company policies. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and complete DVIR reports. • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, or service issues promptly. • Communicate customer requests and issues to dispatch or route manager. • Dump containers, clean the site, and position containers properly. • Complete route documentation and submit customer tickets as needed. • Meet physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and handling. • Participate in annual education assistance and other growth opportunities.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a Class B Commercial Driver’s License, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of one year of vehicle‑operating experience, either civilian or military, within the past seven years. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The role requires physical abilities such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, talking, and hearing. • Maintain a valid Class B CDL and be at least 21 years old with one year of driving experience.
