About the Role
The Digital Delivery Lead will guide coordinators and specialists, manage the digital model environment, and ensure project‑level deliverables align with the Digital Delivery Plan. This role works closely with project managers to establish server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables, providing technical support and quality oversight throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists, managing the digital model environment and project deliverables. • Develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedures, including server infrastructure and discipline models. • Execute digital deliverables throughout the project lifecycle and provide technical support to the project team. • Monitor model health, coordination processes, and ensure compliance with company standards from planning to construction documents. • Oversee document management system setup and maintain multi‑discipline server infrastructure. • Ensure team has appropriate software, versions, access, and training for project requirements. • Set up and manage model configurations such as coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, and views. • Host coordination meetings to conduct design reviews and 3D coordination for quality control. • Compile and exchange digital deliverables at project milestones and handle archiving at submittal and closeout. • Mentor staff, guide Project Managers, and collaborate with other Digital Delivery Leads.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a technical degree or equivalent experience, with at least five years of BIM authoring and five years of model‑management experience. Required skills include deep knowledge of discipline relations, advanced 3D design and coordination tools, document‑management systems, Microsoft Office, industry standards, automation basics, and strong client‑service, communication, analytical, and leadership abilities. Preferred experience includes WTP/WWTP/PS work in Revit. • Technical degree or equivalent education and experience. • Minimum 5 years BIM authoring and 5 years model management experience. • Strong understanding of discipline interactions and building systems operations. • Advanced proficiency with 3D design software, coordination tools, and document management infrastructure. • Experience with Microsoft Office, industry standards, discipline codes, and automation/programming for efficiency. • Excellent client service, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. • Strong organizational, leadership, and work‑ethic attributes. • Preferred: Experience with WTP/WWTP/PS projects in Revit.
