• Craft a bold vision for growth and lead business development to win new and existing client work. • Provide high‑quality, profitable service while mentoring staff development. • Expand Electrical offerings and define/execute the MEP practice vision for sustainable growth. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning the firm as a trusted partner. • Supervise complex MEP design projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability. • Review and develop design documents, specifications, cost estimates, and proposals. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams across offices. • Lead and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and growth. • Ensure project profitability, resource allocation, and smooth transition to qualified staff.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing MEP projects, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. Strong client relationships, business‑development expertise, and the ability to mentor staff are essential. • 10+ years of MEP project management experience; B.S. in Electrical or Civil Engineering; P.E. license. • Extensive client contacts and proven business‑development, proposal‑writing, and budgeting skills. • Proficient with SKM Power Tools, ETAP, Easy Power, and lighting software (AGI32 or Visual).
