About the Role
The Facilities Coordinator role in Corporate Accounts – Technology/Finance is based on‑site in Dublin and reports to the site manager. It involves overseeing front‑of‑house operations, asset management, sustainability initiatives, budgeting, project delivery and vendor contracts. Applicants are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every requirement. • Serve as primary point of contact for all visitors and staff at the front desk. • Monitor and process daily customer reports (approximately 200 annually). • Support the site manager with maintenance, repairs, and improvements of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and negotiate service level agreements. • Conduct regular building inspections, safety audits, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of office equipment and furniture; manage procurement and asset tracking. • Implement and monitor energy‑saving initiatives and report on environmental performance metrics. • Assist with facilities budget, track expenses, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and manage invoices. • Participate in facility improvement projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within budget. • Support planning and execution of on‑site events, meetings, conferences and corporate functions. • Conduct performance reviews of service providers and ensure contractual compliance.

What You Bring
• Minimum 3‑5 years proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate environment. • Knowledge of building systems and relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Proficiency in Google Suite applications; familiarity with CAD software and space‑planning tools. • Strong project management, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. • Experience in vendor management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
