About the Role

The Project Coordinator will act as the liaison among project stakeholders and produce essential management information reports. Working closely with the project head and team members, the role involves preparing daily, weekly and monthly project reports, providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings, creating presentations, agendas and taking minutes, and assisting the project manager throughout the planning and execution of construction projects. Key duties include coordinating permits, inspections and approvals, monitoring progress and milestones, maintaining project documentation (contracts, drawings, specifications, permits), communicating status to stakeholders, conducting site visits to ensure safety and quality, and managing change orders, cost reports, cash flows, risk logs and checklists. The coordinator also facilitates collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors and supports pre‑construction, post‑construction and project close‑out activities. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports. • Provide administrative support: schedule meetings, create presentations, agendas, and take minutes. • Assist project managers in planning and executing construction projects. • Coordinate permits, inspections, and approvals for construction activities. • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely completion. • Maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, specifications, and permits. • Communicate status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed. • Conduct site visits to verify safety and quality compliance. • Manage change orders, ensuring documentation and stakeholder communication. • Collaborate with QS team to compile cost reports and cash flow forecasts. • Track project financial performance, expenses, and cost forecasting. • Compile checklists and maintain risk logs throughout the project lifecycle. • Facilitate collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. • Support pre‑construction, post‑construction, and project close‑out activities.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a postgraduate qualification in Construction Management with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture and have experience on residential, commercial, hospitality or healthcare projects. They demonstrate strong communication, organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving skills, and can prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. • Postgraduate degree in Construction Management with Civil Engineering or Architecture background. • Experience on residential, commercial, hospitality, or healthcare projects. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
