What You Bring
Downer is seeking multiple skilled Asphalt Crew Members for its expanding operations in Swanbank and Brendale, Queensland. The roles are full‑time with both day and night shifts and are available for immediate start. Candidates who are safety‑focused, quality‑driven and thrive in a collaborative environment are encouraged to apply. Applicants should have proven experience in asphalt or civil construction and be proficient with the necessary equipment. Required safety certification and relevant trade qualifications are preferred, along with a positive attitude, teamwork skills and the flexibility to work day or night shifts. • Positions needed: Level Hand, Paver Operator, Crew Truck Driver • Proven experience in asphalt or civil construction • Ability to operate relevant machinery and equipment • White Card (mandatory) and HR licence (desirable) • Certificate II or III in Civil Construction (advantageous) • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
