About the Role

This is a remote position within the assigned sales territory. As a District Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing and maintaining business within an assigned territory. The role is outside sales, leveraging your Pre-Engineered Metal Building knowledge, professional communication, and selling skills to meet annual sales growth targets. The District Sales Manager will develop strategic relationships with customers and prospects, serving as a trusted advisor through consultative selling and collaborative engagement. • Meet and exceed sales and growth goals for the assigned territory. • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers to expand territory growth. • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects, moving them through the sales cycle. • Maintain accurate records in CRM according to company guidelines. • Establish and maintain high‑level strategic relationships with existing customers.

What You Bring
