What You Bring
Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade‑school training considered advantageous. Three to five years of mechanic experience on diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment such as generators, pumps, or HVAC systems is strongly preferred. Candidates may need to provide their own mechanic tools and should possess advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, including troubleshooting skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment is required, and bilingual ability (Spanish or other) may be necessary depending on location. • High school diploma or GED required; trade school training preferred. • 3‑5 years of mechanic experience with diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment preferred. • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting. • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting. • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required depending on location.
