About the Role

The Senior Manager, Field Operations & Transformation drives Renuity’s aggressive expansion, overseeing both greenfield market launches and new product rollouts across divisions. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, creating scalable playbooks to meet the company’s fast‑paced, private‑equity‑backed growth goals. • Execute end‑to‑end greenfield market entries, including site selection, facility build‑out, hiring, technology integration, licensing, vendor onboarding, training, and supply‑chain setup. • Manage launch timelines, resource allocation, and post‑launch ramp‑up (30/60/90‑day) to achieve initial P&L targets. • Lead rollout of new products and services in existing divisions and new markets, coordinating product development, marketing, sales, and operations. • Ensure operational readiness by training sales and install teams, updating protocols, and preparing warehouses and suppliers. • Develop, refine, and institutionalize Renuity’s Growth Playbook with standardized processes and templates for market and product launches.
