About the Role
• Perform structural engineering analysis and design for bridge and transportation structures, with exposure to building systems (steel, concrete, masonry, wood). • Conduct site investigations and document existing conditions. • Perform site inspections for work engineered by the office. • Complete and review design calculations; assist in preparing drawings and specifications. • Provide solutions during the construction administration phase. • Coordinate work with in‑house engineering staff and architects. • Contribute to projects ranging from small renovations to large‑scale infrastructure and new construction. • Understand and apply code requirements.

What You Bring
We have an immediate opening for a Structural Engineer in our Edison, NJ office, focusing on bridge and transportation projects while also offering exposure to a variety of structural engineering work. The role provides hands‑on experience, direct mentorship from senior engineers, and the chance to follow projects from initial investigation and design through construction. It is ideal for an engineer eager to learn, take on responsibility, and grow within a collaborative team environment. • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required. • 3–5 years of related experience. • EIT preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Experience using various civil/analysis software. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. • AutoCAD required; Revit a plus.

Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment.
