About the Role

The incumbent will perform ground and flight duties as a MV‑22/CMV‑22 Test Aircrewman/Crew Chief, including scheduling, test plan development, flight briefings, test execution, and post‑event support. As Assistant Platform Coordinator, they will assist in test project prioritization, aircraft configuration, maintenance, instrumentation, and utilization. • Support V‑22 test team at HX‑21, handling ground/flight event scheduling and coordination • Develop and review test plans and procedures, conduct flight briefings, execute tests, and provide post‑event analysis • Assist in prioritizing test projects, managing aircraft configuration, maintenance, instrumentation, and utilization

What You Bring

Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, graduation from a U.S. Naval Aircrew Candidate School or equivalent program, ability to pass Navy aviation physiology, water survival, and FAA Class II flight physical, and at least 500 hours of crew‑chief experience with a recent MV‑22/CMV‑22 qualification. A Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required; a bachelor’s degree, flight‑test coursework, and prior test experience are preferred. • Requirement: high school diploma/GED and graduation from NACCS, USAF BHFE, or USMC MEAT program • Minimum 500 flight‑crew chief hours and current MV‑22/CMV‑22 crew‑chief qualification (within 3 years) • Pass Navy aviation physiology, water survival, and FAA Class II flight physical; obtain Secret clearance • Preferred: bachelor’s degree (engineering), USNTPS Fundamentals of Flight Test course, prior developmental or operational test experience, NVD/NVG qualification, Navy V‑22 experience
