About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Global Financial Services & Systems will also lead Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness (TMOE) activities across Controllership. In this role, the incumbent ensures seamless execution of key HR processes throughout the employee life cycle, including talent assessment, assimilation, capability building, and retention. The position acts as a strategic liaison between employees, leadership, and business stakeholders to drive engagement and cultural transformation. The HRBP serves as the primary point of contact for implementing and communicating HR policies, overseeing end‑to‑end HR operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation. They support talent retention initiatives through progressive practices and benchmarking, and they partner with corporate Centers of Excellence to roll out regional and global talent programs. Additionally, the HRBP maintains accurate workforce data in the HRIS, provides leadership with actionable HR insights, and collaborates with TAC, HRS, and TMOE teams to share best practices and drive consistent program delivery. • Act as HR Business Partner for Global Financial Services & Systems, implementing HR policies and supporting leadership. • Lead talent management and organizational effectiveness initiatives across Controllership. • Manage end‑to‑end HR processes (assessment, onboarding, capability building, retention) ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness. • Drive talent retention programs using progressive practices and benchmarking. • Provide HR strategy recommendations to business leaders and coordinate with corporate Centers of Excellence. • Maintain accurate workforce data in HRIS and communicate insights to leadership. • Collaborate with TAC, HRS, and TMOE teams to share best practices and implement regional/global programs. • Build strong stakeholder relationships and advise managers on employee issues.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline from a Tier I/II institute and possess 7‑10 years of HR business partnering experience in a global organization. Proven experience in leading talent management processes, project management, leadership communication, and talent analytics is essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strategic, innovative mindset, strong accountability, collaborative style, stakeholder management capabilities, and excellent communication skills. • Hold a master’s degree in HR or related field from a Tier I/II institute. • Bring 7‑10 years of HR business partnering experience in a global organization, with proven talent management leadership. • Demonstrate skills in project management, leadership communication, talent analytics, strategic thinking, accountability, collaboration, stakeholder management, and strong communication.
