About the Role
Responsibilities include setting up beds for concrete pouring, fabricating assemblies, operating tools and equipment, loading and unloading materials, conducting detailed quality checks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, packaging for shipping, and completing tasks according to production schedules with minimal supervision. What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in construction, manufacturing or fabrication, can work within precise limits of accuracy, solve problems collaboratively, and is passionate about safety. Ability to use hand and power tools, attention to detail, and willingness to perform repetitive movements and lift up to 50 lb (with assistance for heavier loads) are required. Preferred qualifications include trade or technical school certification and experience in light manufacturing, carpentry, or metal fabrication. • Minimum 2 years experience in construction, manufacturing or fabrication • Collaborative problem‑solving skills • Proficient with standard hand and power tools • Detail‑oriented • Capable of repetitive hand, arm, leg movements • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb (heavier loads with assistance) • Trade or technical school certification/diploma preferred • 1+ year light manufacturing experience preferred • 1+ year carpentry or metal fabrication experience preferred
