What You Bring
Kimley-Horn's Miami, Florida office is seeking a Civil Engineer-in-Training with at least two years of experience to join its Parking team; this is an on-site position, not remote. Candidates should hold a B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program, possess an EIT or Engineering Intern certification (or be able to obtain it within 12 months), have experience with structural analysis software, and demonstrate strong communication, urgency, detail‑orientation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Hold at least 2 years experience with a civil engineering design firm. • Earn an EIT or Engineering Intern certification, or obtain it within 12 months. • Exhibit strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Demonstrate urgency, self‑initiative, and attention to detail to meet client deadlines. • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
