The Scheduler Manager is accountable for supervising scheduling staff, driving schedule mitigation efforts, and delivering clear, actionable schedule insights to stakeholders at all levels. • Oversee creation, maintenance, and integration of construction schedules across all phases. • Align schedules with contract terms and enforce best scheduling practices. • Serve as primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and partners on schedule matters. • Utilize advanced scheduling software, construction methodologies, and Advanced Work Packaging. • Lead and supervise scheduling staff, promoting continuous improvement. • Drive schedule mitigation strategies and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Ensure schedule accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with project goals.
