About the Role
The role assists skilled craft workers with assigned duties and may involve work in other crafts as directed by project supervision. The employee must follow directions from higher‑skilled workers or foremen and maintain safe practices on the job. • Eliminate waste by reducing waiting, rework, transport, storage and idle time. • Seek supervisor guidance when unsure about work procedures or safety. • Identify and understand all safety hazards associated with tasks. • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively. • Suggest and adopt improvements to methods, tasks and processes. • Maintain positive relationships with crew members. • Deliver high‑quality work safely and productively. • Ensure necessary materials, tools, equipment and information are available. • Use hands to grasp, lift, carry, or feel objects frequently; lift, push or pull up to 50 lb occasionally. • Climb and balance on steel/wood frameworks, stairs, ladders and scaffolds. • Navigate confined, cluttered and uneven areas. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions. • Operate telephone, computer, email or other electronic devices as needed. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures.

What You Bring
• Perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately. • Hold NCCER Core Curriculum certification or a high school diploma/equivalent. • Possess 1‑3+ years of experience in industrial/commercial construction (level I‑III preferred). • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. • Wear required personal protective equipment (steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest). • Reach above shoulder height and below waist frequently; stoop, kneel or bend occasionally.
