About the Role

The Associate, Americas Strategic Consulting will deliver real estate and business advisory services to innovative companies. The role focuses on location strategy, incentives procurement, portfolio intelligence, and human capital advisory, providing best‑in‑class solutions. It is a client‑facing position that requires managing multiple priorities such as research, financial modeling, and business case analysis. The associate performs quantitative and qualitative analyses, conducts research and due diligence, and organizes data into clear client presentations. Responsibilities include interpreting research data for briefings, managing stakeholder relationships throughout project cycles, and contributing to the team’s strategic consulting approach. The role also involves using PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau and other tools to showcase recommended models, supporting teamwork, meeting deadlines, and tracking project administration.

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of management consulting, finance, real estate, or equivalent experience in an innovative environment • 1+ year of client-facing experience preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred • Strong economic, financial, and quantitative problem‑solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote) • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx strongly preferred • Ability to create, compose, and edit high‑quality, error‑free written materials • Effective communication and public speaking skills • Excellent analytical and financial aptitude • Exceptional organizational skills to balance multiple priorities and keep team informed • Creative and resourceful problem‑solving ability

Benefits

Cushman & Wakefield offers a comprehensive benefits package that typically includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid or unpaid time off. Compensation for this position ranges from $80,750 to $95,000 and may vary based on location, experience, and collective bargaining agreements, but will not be less than minimum wage.
