Develop and manage information management strategies and standards for a large science campus project

About the Role
The role supports the development and delivery of information‑management (IM) strategies, standards and ISO 19650‑aligned processes, provides IM training, leads project delivery and ensures accurate, assured information for digital delivery and programme success. The position is based on the client’s Weybridge site at least three days a week, with occasional work in Moorgate, London. • Define and deliver IM strategies, standards (ISO 19650) and processes for client‑facing projects and programmes. • Establish and manage the project/programme IM function in line with defined strategy, standards and processes. • Train project and programme colleagues in IM practices, drive awareness and continuous improvement. • Manage assurance and quality control of submitted and stored documents and artefacts. • Line‑manage, coach and support the IM team, including direct and indirect reports. • Contribute to the global digital centre of excellence with knowledge, processes and case studies. • Provide IM strategies and solutions for bid submissions. • Support the set‑up, implementation and development of the common data environment (CDE). • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition, identifying and managing carbon emissions and reductions during delivery.
