About the Role
In this role you will prepare deliverables, review project documentation, maintain organized cost‑management files, and assist with proposal and presentation materials under the supervision of senior staff. You will also request pricing from vendors and subcontractors and develop a deeper understanding of measurement methods, delivery methods, construction technology and contracts. • Prepare cost‑management deliverables to quality standards. • Review and evaluate project documentation. • Maintain organized cost‑management files per company standards. • Assist in preparing proposal, presentation, and cost‑submission documents. • Request pricing from vendors and subcontractors for specific scopes. • Develop expertise in measurement methods, delivery methods, construction technology, and contracts. • Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve project goals. • Pursue professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE).

What You Bring
We are hiring an Associate Cost Manager for our Roseville, CA office. As a member of the reputable cost‑management and estimating team, you will support the delivery of services such as conceptual estimating, budget development, feasibility studies, value management, BIM 5D cost modeling, LEED cost analysis, life‑cycle costing and more. Prior data‑center project experience is highly preferred. The position requires strong written and oral communication, the ability to collaborate with team members and clients, and a commitment to self‑development and professional certification. You must be able to multi‑task, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment while consistently demonstrating organization, interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset. A minimum of an AA or BS in Construction, Cost Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field is required, along with up to three years of industry experience; data‑center exposure is a plus. Candidates are encouraged to work toward certifications such as MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP or CPE.
