This role supports technical staff through project coordination, tracking, and administrative duties such as managing client deliverables, maintaining schedules, organizing documents, and preparing reports and minutes. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and generating reports for clients and stakeholders. You will monitor timelines, manage project schedules in software, organize extensive documentation, handle document uploads/downloads, and coordinate distribution of materials. The position also supports the quality management system, generates QA/QC documents, coordinates meetings, records minutes, and communicates issues to project managers, while performing other assigned tasks. • Prepare and maintain project plans while tracking progress. • Generate client and stakeholder reports, including evaluation scores and deliverable tracking. • Monitor project timelines and provide updates to safeguard team performance. • Manage, maintain, and distribute project schedules using appropriate software. • Organize, track, and file large volumes of project documentation. • Upload and download deliverable documents to and from client systems. • Copy, scan, and coordinate distribution of project documents to internal and external stakeholders. • Support quality management by documenting management and quality control reviews. • Create and update QA/QC documentation and maintain the project filing structure. • Coordinate project meetings: schedule, prepare materials, publish minutes, and keep records. • Communicate issues and information to project managers and stakeholders.

What You Bring
Required qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree (or an Associate’s degree with two years of relevant experience) or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all management levels. Preferred qualifications include pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and prior experience managing projects. • Bachelor’s degree (or associate’s degree with 2 years experience) or 4 years relevant experience. • Demonstrate excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and effective communication at all management levels. • Preferably pursuing a Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Preferably have prior experience managing projects.
