About the Role
The Maintenance Technician I will handle routine and emergency maintenance tasks for the apartment community, ensuring service requests are completed promptly while adhering to safety standards and the community’s preventive maintenance program. • Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties • Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks • Complete service requests in a timely manner • Participate in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program • Maintain company safety standards
