Job Highlights
About the Role
The role provides support to the assistant and project engineer for site delivery, ensuring scope compliance and quality control, conducting Mace validation checks alongside trade contractors, and assisting with temporary‑works and safety procedures. • Work with the project team to assist in delivering project objectives in line with the project plan. • Monitor and actively engage in health, safety and wellbeing standards throughout all project stages. • Assist in preparing and modifying project plans, keeping them current and relevant. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust quality systems are managed and monitored for service excellence. • Attend and record meetings, providing contextual information and analysis, including regular site walks. • Partner with stakeholders and participate in risk management and mitigation treatments. • Track project changes and ensure they are processed and formalised within agreed timeframes. • Provide handover documentation prior to practical completion. • Support project and programme management activities related to external/third‑party client appointments. • Conduct research, analysis, record‑keeping and other supporting activities to deliver accurate project management information. • Identify solutions to defined issues that may not be immediately evident, applying problem‑solving skills. • Work collaboratively towards net‑zero carbon transition, managing associated emissions and reductions during delivery.

Benefits
This will be a unique and possibly India’s largest hotel development. It will include two hotels – one luxury and one business – each with conference facilities, as well as commercial/office space.
