About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee construction materials testing initiatives, coordinate efforts among senior engineers, field staff, and clients, and drive projects to meet established deadlines and quality standards. • Review daily reports and resolve technical or administrative issues. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, including senior engineers and field staff. • Manage project budgets, prepare invoices and pay applications, and support collection efforts. • Prepare proposals and change orders; host or attend client meetings and follow up on reports. • Perform soil classifications and assign laboratory testing. • Mentor junior staff and support overall team development.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a relevant Bachelor of Science degree, have at least two years of related experience, possess the required state PE or PG license, and demonstrate strong client‑relationship, marketing, and communication abilities. • Maintain a valid driver's license, insurance, and required PE/PG licensure for the work state. • Utilize strong marketing skills to establish and maintain client relationships. • Exhibit excellent speaking, reading, and writing communication abilities. • Apply knowledge of heavy construction safety, CMT principles, and ASTM laboratory standards.
