Precision Grinder I, 2nd shift

About the Role

The role involves setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC or manual grinders to perform outer‑diameter, inner‑diameter, boring, and facing operations on precision components. You will follow quality and safety rules, keep the work area clean and orderly, and ensure all work meets company standards. • Set up, adjust, and operate CNC and manual grinding machines for OD, ID, boring, and facing operations. • Follow quality, safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area. • Interpret blueprints, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts; enter data into ERP system. • Verify machined parts against specifications using gauges and measuring devices; calibrate preset gauges as needed. • Inspect own work and document compliance; also inspect work of other operators. • Compute dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times; use hand tools and manual machines as required.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years experience operating precision grinding machines. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions in English. • Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for full shift, and perform moderate physical tasks. • Must be a U.S. Person per export control regulations.
