About the Role

The Sr. Transaction Coordinator provides operational coordination to Cushman & Wakefield transactions management professionals who support a client's dispersed portfolio of real estate locations worldwide. • Provide exceptional client service at all internal and external levels. • Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates. • Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with brokers. • Support the transactions team with documentation for leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, and options. • Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrices. • Gather real estate market data from research and brokers. • Assist in preparing market and demographic information for presentations. • Coordinate financial analysis for transactions. • Draft and comment on RFPs and LOIs. • Process service requests and client initiation documents. • Prepare co-broker and agent engagement letters. • Facilitate commission invoicing and input data into the revenue reporting system. • Assist with reporting functions, including closing/value‑add reports, KPI tracking, and technology updates. • Perform portfolio reporting, including data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting. • Handle general administrative duties such as copy/fax, phone support, and correspondence. • Process paperwork, ensure proper distribution of executed documents, and act as liaison between Real Estate, Lease Administration, and Facility Management. • Review broker market surveys and deliverables before client delivery. • Coordinate client feedback questionnaires and surveys.
