About the Role
• Develop and execute a sales and account strategy for assigned segments and key customers • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and opportunity development • Acquire new customers and grow revenue within existing accounts • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors, and end users • Coordinate internally to deliver customer solutions and commitments • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field • 8+ years of sales experience of solutions and switchgears (MV and LV) in industrial, water, infrastructure, or related sectors • Strong experience as an individual contributor handling key accounts and new business • Solid understanding of project-based and solution selling • Experience in the Saudi market is mandatory • Strong communication and negotiation skills • English required; Arabic is a strong advantage • Strong hunter mentality with structured account management approach • Strategic thinking and sales planning capabilities • Ability to work independently and take ownership
