About the Role
• Process accounts payable invoices, perform coding, obtain approvals, and execute payments. • Prepare and send accounts receivable invoices and monitor collections. • Reconcile and analyze expenses, ensuring proper classification and budget compliance. • Assist with expense report processing and reimbursements. • Compile documentation and schedules for internal and external audits. • Support auditors with inquiries and ensure audit compliance. • Maintain adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Implement and monitor internal controls. • Apply strong attention to detail to identify and correct financial errors. • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than eight hours.
