About the Role

In this role you will lead and guide construction projects, read blueprints, produce estimates, and manage material, labor, and cost control to meet project budgets. You will oversee site acquisition, engineering, and construction compliance, conduct risk management, and enforce the company’s quality and safety standards, including the Zero Defect Policy. • Lead project teams to ensure successful construction completion • Read and interpret blueprints to develop accurate estimates • Manage material, labor, and electrical project resources while controlling costs • Prepare scope of work, pricing, resources, and schedule for new and proposed projects • Oversee site acquisition, engineering, and construction compliance with company, client, and regulatory policies • Conduct risk management, contingency planning, and negotiate complex issues to favorable resolutions • Enforce MasTec’s quality program and safety guidelines, ensuring work meets industry standards and regulations • Manage vendor and internal inspections, verifying quality of services, equipment, and documentation • Implement and uphold the company’s Zero Defect Policy • Use project management scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, P3e) and estimating tools • Build collaborative relationships and think strategically to plan and manage projects • Apply design, construction, core network, and preferred RF engineering expertise to project tasks

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a State 01 Journeyman electrician license and have at least five years of industry trade experience, including knowledge of telecom construction phases, 24VDC/48VDC systems, and core network and design concepts. Proficiency with project scheduling software, MS Office, estimating tools, and strong communication and decision‑making skills are also required. • Maintain a State 01 Journeyman electrician license and demonstrate safety‑focused work habits • Possess 5+ years of telecom or electrical trade experience, including knowledge of 24VDC/48VDC systems • Demonstrate strong proficiency with MS Office and excellent oral and written communication
