About the Role

The role focuses on overseeing the execution of an assigned project package, ensuring that schedule, budget and quality targets are met. It involves managing subcontractors, supervising daily site inspections, and maintaining rigorous health‑and‑safety standards while acting as the primary liaison with the client. • Lead delivery of assigned package, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets. • Supervise contractors to meet specifications and milestone dates. • Direct supervision team for daily inspections of works. • Enforce high safety standards and ensure contractor compliance. • Administer FIDIC‑based or standalone contracts. • Resolve site issues promptly. • Present progress and package issues to the client team. • Discuss scope changes with client and key subcontractors. • Follow up on project instructions and commitments. • Develop and maintain Project Execution, Health & Safety, and Quality Control plans. • Establish program requirements and monitor site staff performance. • Plan, direct, and control technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project. • Assign responsibilities to key subordinates in their areas of expertise. • Contribute to performance reviews and develop staff development plans. • Collaborate with managers, engineers, and discipline heads on budgets, schedules, and plans. • Monitor and report project progress, milestones, and risk factors to management. • Conduct internal weekly meetings to review status and define action items. • Represent AECOM in client meetings. • Monitor construction health and safety, addressing violations as needed.
