About the Role
The Director of APAC Corporate Communications will lead the region’s corporate communications strategy, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Communications. This role oversees public relations, internal, executive communications, and public affairs, and works closely with social media, analyst relations, customer communications, public policy, and marketing teams. Partnering directly with the APAC President and leadership team, the director will provide strategic counsel to increase brand awareness among customers, partners, and prospects while aligning with global messaging. The role also manages crisis communications and issues response in coordination with the headquarters team. • Develop and execute an APAC-wide corporate communications strategy aligned with global messaging and local relevance. • Advise APAC leadership and executives on communications, preparing them for internal and external appearances. • Select, manage, and align regional PR agencies with corporate standards. • Implement scalable tools and operational mechanisms for effective regional communications. • Ensure compliance with communications policies and guidelines across the region. • Partner with stakeholders to integrate communications plans with go‑to‑market strategies. • Lead executive communications for the regional president, including platforms, all‑hands meetings, social media, and speaking engagements. • Oversee internal communications program, including intranet content and alignment with global initiatives. • Support business initiatives such as M&A, Impact events, channel strategy integration, and executive travel. • Define measurable objectives, KPIs, dashboards, and reports to assess communications impact. • Manage budget and resources to drive efficiency and success. • Implement crisis communications protocols and coordinate response with global teams.

What You Bring
• 15+ years of communications experience, with at least 2 years leading a regional communications program. • Proven strategic thinker capable of rapid impact and collaborative stakeholder engagement. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross‑functional teams. • Strong follow‑through, self‑starting attitude, and sound judgment. • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to build trusted relationships in a matrixed organization. • Leadership experience focused on both results (“what”) and cultural (“how”) aspects. • BA/BS in marketing, communications, or related field.
