About the Role

As the NSW Industrial Sector Lead you will take ownership of securing and retaining new local and national work with industrial occupiers and landlords. You will develop strategic business opportunities by leveraging a strong local network and relationships within the industrial sector. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of complex projects, from initial establishment through handover and closure, coordinating consultants, contractors and suppliers to maximise outcomes for all stakeholders. Within each project you will establish reporting, communication and working procedures and mentor less‑experienced colleagues. The role also involves promoting JLL to prospective landlords, generating new revenue, and building collaborations with other JLL business lines such as leasing, sustainability, valuations and workplace design. Maintaining positive client relationships and representing client interests from inception to completion are essential. • Secure and retain new local and national industrial sector work with occupier and landlord clients. • Develop strategic business opportunities through a strong network in the industrial sector. • Manage all project phases from establishment to handover, ensuring effective coordination and delivery. • Mentor and coach less‑experienced colleagues in project management practices. • Establish reporting, communication, and working procedures for each project. • Lead consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve optimal performance. • Promote JLL to prospective local landlords and generate new revenue streams. • Build relationships with internal JLL lines such as leasing, sustainability, valuations, and workplace design. • Represent client interests throughout the project lifecycle and maintain positive client relationships.

What You Bring

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in project or construction management or a related discipline and at least fifteen years of experience in engineering, construction or project management. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking and stakeholder‑management capabilities. • Hold a relevant degree and at least 15 years of experience in engineering, construction, or project management. • Demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder‑management skills. • Access AI‑enhanced recruitment insights and a comprehensive privacy policy.
