About the Role
You will work within a collaborative environment that upholds a strong corporate governance framework while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability across the organisation. • Support the Company Secretary and Deputy Company Secretary across governance and compliance activities. • Maintain corporate registers, governance frameworks, and entity compliance obligations. • Assist with Board and Committee documentation, including agendas, minutes, and policy development. • Liaise with regulators, auditors, external advisers, and internal stakeholders. • Provide governance advice and support to various business units, including Treasury, Finance, and operational teams. • Contribute to governance-related training, intranet content, and process improvements. • Assist with listed company obligations such as annual reports, AGM materials, and share registry matters.

What You Bring
• Bachelor of Laws, Commerce, or related field (preferred but not essential). • Governance qualification (or working towards completion) strongly preferred. • 3+ years’ experience in a governance or corporate secretariat environment. • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. • High integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement. • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to build trust at all levels. • Knowledge of corporate governance, ASX Listing Rules, and the Corporations Act. • Excellent attention to detail, administration, and technology skills.
