About the Role

The Regional Facilities Manager provides managerial oversight of multiple facilities, an entire campus, or a portfolio of client properties, supervising at least one Facilities Manager or Assistant Facilities Manager. This senior role is accountable for implementing policies, procedures, and programs that ensure well‑maintained buildings, address tenant concerns, and uphold environmental health, safety, and quality standards in alignment with client objectives. Acting as the primary liaison with the client, the manager coordinates services, financials, vendors, and manpower to meet current and future operational needs. The position also holds overall responsibility for the portfolio's financial performance and key performance indicators within the business plan. • Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring delivery of custodial, life‑safety, engineering, and maintenance services. • Manage service contracts, conduct RFPs, audit performance, and verify payments align with contract terms. • Lead maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions and overall facility appearance. • Provide prompt, positive responses to client and tenant service requests. • Implement ongoing contract reviews to address tenant, owner, and property needs. • Prepare and present consolidated budget, financial, and contract reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Develop annual facility budgets, quarterly forecasts, and five‑year capital improvement plans. • Analyze work order data to assess productivity, identify service gaps, and drive corrective actions. • Hire, train, evaluate, and motivate facility management staff; approve positions and performance reviews. • Foster customer focus and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts. • Drive innovation by establishing best practices, improving operational efficiency, and monitoring industry trends. • Ensure tenant and vendor compliance with insurance requirements and coordinate claims as needed. • Maintain focus on customer service and financial management. • Effectively manage vendors and multitask across responsibilities.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration, and possess 8–10 years of facility management experience, including at least three years at the Facility Manager level. Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, human‑resource processes, and CMMS/Work Order Management is preferred. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. • Apply technical proficiency and problem‑solving abilities. • Exhibit leadership, relationship management, and team orientation.
