About the Role

The successful candidate will deliver cost management services throughout all project phases across multiple sectors, lead discipline‑specific areas with advanced technical knowledge, conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection, and apply value management techniques to enhance outcomes and cost efficiency. They will also manage estimating and cost planning, present final cost plans to stakeholders, oversee contract documentation, maintain cost control with monthly reporting, and evaluate contractor claims while managing design‑change impacts and mentoring Cost Consultants. • Provide cost management services across all project phases and sectors. • Lead discipline-specific areas using advanced technical knowledge. • Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection. • Apply value management techniques to improve outcomes and cost efficiency. • Manage estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans to stakeholders. • Oversee contract documentation to ensure compliance and execution. • Maintain cost control throughout the contract lifecycle with monthly reporting. • Evaluate contractor claims, manage design change impacts, and mentor Cost Consultants. • Champion safety, client focus, integrity, and opportunity creation in line with company values.

What You Bring

A degree in quantity surveying or cost management (or equivalent) and professional membership such as MRICS (or equivalent) are required, together with essential experience in the Middle East. • Hold a degree in quantity surveying or cost management (or equivalent). • Possess MRICS or equivalent professional membership. • Have essential experience working in the Middle East.
