About the Role

The Facilities Coordinator will support Site and Assistant Facility Managers with operational activities that span maintenance, operations, accounting, finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, as well as occupancy services. The role emphasizes proactive client relationship building to ensure expected service levels are achieved. Key duties include conducting daily walkthroughs, responding to work orders on time, scheduling repairs and minor works, and coordinating vendors and service providers to minimize disruption. The coordinator also manages site amenities such as fitness, food services, massage, transportation, and supports moves, events, meeting and conference facilities. Additional responsibilities cover reception and guest support, mail and courier services, office supplies and equipment maintenance, landlord relations, building access pass management, and safety and security support. Accurate records, official documentation and web updates for moves, reconfigurations, and building operations are maintained. The role requires compliance with client contracts and key performance indicators, delivering exceptional service quality reflected in client feedback, and developing emergency response and evacuation plans. What You Bring
