About the Role

As a Senior Facilities Executive you will oversee day‑to‑day property operations, working with the facilities manager and assistant manager to ensure administrative, security and service functions run smoothly. You will monitor supplies, manage contracts, support emergency evacuation, crisis management and business continuity plans, and keep the property’s budget and petty‑cash flow under control. • Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building automation systems • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs • Coordinate with MEP contractors and vendors • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations • Monitor energy management and sustainability initiatives • Supervise fire safety, security systems and emergency protocols • Oversee housekeeping, catering, reception and security services • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, service level agreements and performance reviews • Coordinate office moves, space planning and workplace services • Oversee mail services, parking management and access control • Implement workplace health, safety and wellness programs • Track operational expenses and drive cost‑optimization initiatives • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly operational reports and audits • Conduct vendor performance audits and ensure contract compliance • Prepare stock reports, meeting minutes and monthly management reports for clients • Lead a team, roll out improvement plans and communicate performance metrics

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a degree in business, hotel or building management and has three to five years of facilities‑management experience.
