About the Role
We are hiring consultants, senior consultants and principal consultants to support digital transformations, advising on P3M methodologies, processes, tools and systems. The position involves stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and leading technology suppliers to build client capability. The role also contributes to business development, marketing and knowledge sharing within Turner & Townsend. • Assess client challenges and define requirements • Implement or refine P3M methodologies, processes, data structures, tools and systems • Lead technology suppliers and digital implementation teams to build client capability • Embed changes through stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities • Continuously improve advisory services • Produce deliverables and reports supporting findings and recommendations • Collaborate within diverse, multi‑disciplinary teams on‑site and virtually • Participate in bids, proposals and business generation activities • Support marketing and employee advocacy on social media • Define or refine project structures integrating asset information, work, resources, schedule, cost and risk • Translate client methodologies into supply‑chain requirements and contract scope • Specify or implement project controls or P3M technology • Work on major capital programmes or large portfolios • Build strong professional relationships internally and with clients • Apply an analytical mindset to problem solving

What You Bring
The role seeks a project professional with experience on major capital programmes or large portfolios within infrastructure, real‑estate, energy, natural resources or defence sectors. Clients are ‘project enterprises’ that own physical assets such as railways, airports, data centres, offshore wind turbines and naval ships. The successful candidate will help transform clients’ project‑programme‑portfolio management (P3M) by implementing digital solutions and integrating applications and data. • Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience • Experience establishing or transforming project "ways of working" across P3M disciplines • Familiarity with core project controls functions (scope, schedule, cost, risk, performance reporting) • Experience in business capability establishment or change management • APM, PMI or similar certification (advantageous) • Communicate ideas clearly and concisely • Listen effectively to understand broader issues and impacts
