About the Role
In this role you will engage with prospective and current residents using a warm, energetic personality, creating lasting positive impressions while coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will oversee the entire leasing workflow, ensuring properties are presented professionally, managing resident inquiries, and supporting initiatives that promote resident retention. • Conduct marketing tours, open target units, and keep apartments and amenities clean and rent‑ready. • Respond promptly to resident and prospect calls and emails, converting inquiries into foot traffic. • Tour prospective residents with enthusiasm and guide them through the application process. • Review, process, and communicate application results immediately upon receipt. • Implement the Weidner Move‑In Experience for all approved applicants. • Maintain daily cleanliness of market‑ready units, common areas, and amenities to quality standards. • Monitor competitive properties monthly and execute daily marketing and leasing strategies. • Assist with lease renewals and promote resident retention.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates possess a strong customer‑service background, are detail‑oriented and tech‑savvy, and meet compliance requirements, including reliable transportation, background screening, and adherence to company policies. • Prior customer‑service experience required. • Ability to work safely, efficiently, and in a fast‑paced environment. • Strong communication skills across phone, email, text, and in‑person. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi or Paycom experience preferred. • Reliable attendance, professional appearance, and flexibility for occasional extra hours. • Valid driver’s license, vehicle, insurance, and reliable transportation. • Pass criminal background check and agree to voluntary drug testing.
