• Author and maintain the Interface Management Plan (IMP) aligned with best practices and contractual requirements. • Lead, mentor, and provide strategic direction to a team of Package Interface Managers and Coordinators. • Govern the entire interface lifecycle from early design identification through verification and closeout. • Chair the program‑level Interface Management Working Group to resolve critical interface disputes. • Maintain the Master Interface Register as the single source of truth for all identified interfaces. • Oversee development and baselining of Interface Control Documents (ICDs) to define shared technical requirements. • Collaborate with Risk Management to identify, assess, and mitigate interface‑related risks early. • Integrate interface management with schedule, change, and systems engineering controls.

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Package Interface Manager – Rail and Transit to join a large rail and transit program in the Northeast. The role requires strong systems, installation, and design experience with rail systems, as well as background in mechanical, fire/life‑safety, and rail interface disciplines. We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Interface Manager to lead systems integration and interface management for a multi‑billion‑dollar passenger rail infrastructure program. This critical leadership role develops, implements, and manages a comprehensive framework that proactively identifies, controls, and resolves physical, functional, and contractual interfaces among dozens of design packages, contractors, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep technical and commercial expertise needed to deliver megaprojects in a dense urban environment. They will be accountable for mitigating significant interface risks and ensuring that all project components are integrated into a safe, reliable, and fully functional railroad system. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; Master’s or PE license preferred. • Minimum 15 years progressive experience in project management, systems engineering, or construction management on large infrastructure projects. • 7‑10 years direct experience in dedicated interface management on megaprojects exceeding $1 billion. • Proven expertise with major rail and transit projects and technical interfaces such as track, signaling, traction power, communications, and rolling stock. • Experience managing interfaces across Design‑Bid‑Build and Design‑Build delivery models. • Proficiency with Interface Management software (e.g., Coreworx, PIMS). • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills. • Understanding of integrated project controls including scheduling, cost, risk, and change management.
