About the Role
The specialist will provide strategic and tactical guidance to create and implement a comprehensive marketing and outreach campaign, develop weekly, monthly and quarterly schedules, and evaluate effectiveness to generate real‑time insights. Field work will occupy at least 75% of the time, including direct partner engagement, tracking performance goals, and building relationships with end‑of‑life and military/veteran partners. Coordination with supervisors, senior leadership, and external teams, as well as extensive regional travel for site visits, is required. Additional duties include researching, designing, and coordinating outreach initiatives; managing program scheduling, materials, and event planning; aligning efforts across regions for a cohesive approach; and implementing promotional strategies. The role also supports administrative tasks, presents to executive‑level audiences, and handles post‑event contact management. • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and outreach campaign for the SPARC brain health program. • Conduct field‑based partner engagement at least 75% of the time, including site visits and community relationship building. • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules; track and analyze team performance against program goals. • Coordinate outreach events, materials, and promotional strategies across regions. • Manage executive‑level presentations and follow‑up contact management.

What You Bring
Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or four years of equivalent experience) and three to five years of outreach experience. Candidates must have prior experience in medical sales, end‑of‑life marketing, law enforcement, civic leadership, or military/veteran partnerships, along with proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are mandatory. • Require a bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications (or 4 years equivalent experience) and 3‑5 years outreach experience. • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and marketing tools (print, audio, video). • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. • Preferred: experience in end‑of‑life or military environments; Spanish language proficiency.
