What You Bring

Candidates must have at least ten years of civil engineering experience on Roadway MDOT projects, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, and a Professional Engineer license. They should possess extensive client contacts, proven business development and proposal writing skills, a record of profitable project management, strong communication and leadership abilities, and a desire to engage directly with clients. • 10+ years of civil engineering, design, and management of Roadway MDOT projects • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license • Extensive client contacts and relationships • Business development skills with proven ability to win work and marketing experience • Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably • Strong desire to engage with clients and solve project problems • Ability to manage and mentor staff and direct resources positively • Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills
