About the Role
You will manage and mentor a team of SAPL HSE specialists, oversee a large construction contractor, and implement a bespoke project‑specific HS&E Management System. Daily site visits will be conducted with reporting through a digital app, and you will lead follow‑up investigations of incidents. Additional duties include liaising with SAPL staff, contractors and the client, delivering mandatory HS&E training, and deputizing for the Director when absent. • Manage and mentor a team of SAPL HSE specialists • Oversee a large multi‑discipline construction contractor • Implement and monitor a project‑specific HS&E Management System • Conduct daily site visits and report via a digital app • Lead investigations of incidents and reports • Liaise with SAPL staff, contractors, and the client • Provide mandatory HS&E training for staff and visitors

Parsons is seeking a talented HSE Manager (Saudi National) to join our team on a prestigious five‑year Design & Build project in Riyadh. The role involves leading a department of HSE professionals while directly managing a large, multi‑discipline contractor workforce. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and preferably a professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH Diploma or CSP. A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in construction and design, together with a proven track record of managing large‑scale Design & Build contracts, is required. Proven, verifiable experience in all aspects of health, safety and environmental management and large‑scale construction project management is essential.
