About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations, ensuring prospective renters are shown the community, qualified, and moved in smoothly while maintaining high resident satisfaction and meeting leasing goals. • Show properties, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and secure lease agreements. • Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain model units. • Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turn processes. • Track prospect traffic, respond to leads within 24 hours, and meet or exceed leasing targets using sales and marketing strategies. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, requests, and satisfaction. • Develop and support resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist in executing the annual marketing plan and conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis. • Maintain thorough knowledge of property features, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly market reports. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and uphold community policies. • Enforce community policies delegated by the supervisor and project a favorable community image.

What You Bring
• Required education: High School Diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills; familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. • Physical tasks include regular on‑site attendance, climbing ladders/stairs, lifting up to 25 lb, standing or sitting for extended periods, and working overtime, weekends, or in varied weather conditions.
