About the Role

The HVAC Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and processing material orders, receiving incoming materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and ensuring the general cleanliness and safety of the warehouse. • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision • Supervise receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations • Design layout to ensure efficient use of space • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures • Comply with all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements • Uphold standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security • Oversee stock control and reconcile it with the data storage system • Conduct inventory audits and recommend items to order and restock • Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and safe equipment operation • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely shipping and delivery • Gather feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

What You Bring

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2‑4 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HVAC materials and equipment, experience with warehouse management software, strong leadership, decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication skills, as well as compliance with the company's driving standards. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lb regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, load and unload HVAC equipment, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely, work in non‑climate‑controlled conditions, and wear required personal protective equipment. • Required to have a high school diploma or GED • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) is essential • Knowledgeable about HVAC material and equipment • Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives • Practical experience with warehouse management software and databases • Leadership abilities and experience managing staff • Strong capabilities in decision‑making and problem‑solving • Outstanding communication skills • Must comply with the company's minimum driving standards
