About the Role

The Inventory Replenishment Analyst for Atlas Tube will support the rollout and operation of Automated Inventory Management (AIM) programs across the Electrical and Pipe divisions. Based in Chicago, the role collaborates with customers, sales representatives, and IT teams to onboard new AIM users, monitor program performance, and resolve data or system issues. It is a full‑time onsite position that blends analytical work with customer‑focused supply‑chain solutions. • Lead and promote safe work practices in compliance with regulations. • Identify root causes of forecast variances, recommend adjustments, and implement solutions. • Monitor inventory to detect stockouts, slow‑moving items, or excess inventory and take corrective action. • Facilitate business and customer changes to maintain AIM program integrity. • Oversee daily AIM processes, deliver internal training, and support phased execution of initiatives. • Document standard processes and report on overall AIM program health. • Perform replenishment using customer inventory data to support demand planning. • Generate performance analytics and routine reports for customers and sales teams. • Manage data inputs and outputs that drive AIM planning and replenishment. • Serve as primary liaison between business teams and IT for AIM‑related issues and enhancements. • Collaborate with Sales and Inside Sales to prioritize AIM products in customer order books. • Maintain regular, full‑time, predictable onsite attendance.

What You Bring

Successful candidates typically hold a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or a related discipline and have experience in inventory management or demand planning. Proficiency with SAP or comparable ERP systems and strong Microsoft Office skills are required, along with excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. • Experience in supply chain, inventory management, or demand planning environments. • Working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑service orientation. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
